A multi use centre containing; a town square, neighbourhood centre, housing, shops, theatre, art gallery, nightclub, cafes and a light rail station.

The dramatic existing space of the sandstone rail cutting was emphasised as the heart of the scheme. A dynamic town centre with repeating tower structures linking the light rail with a 'sky precinct' above.
These tower structures formed stairs and lifts as needed and raised parts of the project off the ground plane, providing views to the harbour. This type of built form also allowed for strategic penetration of north light into the rail cutting.
