This project is a warehouse conversion into a contemporary residence with a creative edge and a focus on sustainability. The project is being carried out in collaboration with the owners who are also designers.

The project features interesting sculptural joinery and a new curved ceiling under the new upstairs deck. One of the conceptual ideas is the reference to a nautical theme.
