As a small practice we are able to provide you with a high level of service in a friendly and personal manner. Danny is happy to visit your property for an initial consultation at no cost. As your architect and advisor we can guide you through every step of the building process including; pre purchase advice on a potential property, initial ideas, council applications, technical design, selection of builders, construction and completion.
We believe that good architecture is the result of a creative edge, the technical and professional knowledge to follow an idea though and working effectively with the participants in the process.

Applications - to councils and negotiation to gain approval
Documentation - technical resolution of construction and the production of drawings and specifications with which you can obtain a detailed quote from a builder.
Tendering – obtaining quotes from builders
Contract administration – certifying payments to the builder during construction for work completed in accordance with the design, providing advice and details and liaising between you and the builder.
Danny Broe has been providing architectural services for ten years while also teaching architecture at the University of Sydney in the areas of design, construction, communications and art. He has experience of the building process that is both ‘hands on’ and professional.
